Quality

Hexxagonn Security Officers are trained at a higher rate, by higher caliber instructors, for longer periods of time. There are no virtual training courses. All training activities are in-class, or in-field provided by current and/or former First Responders in addition to our expert medical instructors, and certified firearm instructors. All Hexxagonn Security Officers are hired with prior First Responder Experience. We then enhance their abilities through training courses, and training exercises. We then preserve their skills through continuous testing, and refresher courses. We fight and overcome complacency with action and oversight. Our Field Supervisors are trained to stimulate our Security Officers in the field with each interaction, and our Management is continuously attending seminars, and conventions which provide them with the proper teaching tools, and skills to facilitate positive progressive visionary direction.

Oversight

Hexxagonn Security Officers are held to a higher standard than current industry standards regulate. While our competitors provide initial basic minimal oversight such as conditional employment drug-screening they fail to continue such oversight practices throughout employee tender. At Hexxagonn we drug-test our Security Officers quarterly, that is four times a year. Our competitors simply fail to reach our level of evaluation and oversight. They have proven that they are not committed to maintaining employee compliance, and a complete drug-free work-product-service environment. At Hexxagonn it is extremely important, and we are fully committed to Officer awareness and practice of our no drug use policy. We make sure that our Officers understand that we have continuous oversight procedures that enforce our philosophies and rules. In addition, our Security Officers are required to undergo semi-annual stress evaluations, and background checks which enables us to evaluate the mental state and capacity of our Security Officers ensuring the highest quality of safety services to our clients. Furthermore, our Security Officers are required to practice their shooting procedures once a month while industry standards, and legal requirements are only twice a year. Here at Hexxagonn we want and need our clients to understand that Hexxagonn operates at a higher level than our competitors. We have higher expectations, and provide a much higher level of service.
