Our Officers are meticulously selected through a vetted nine step hiring process including comprehensive pre-employment drug-testing, a psychological evaluation, and a pre-employment competency exam. Hexxagonn Armed Security Officers must have prior Security/First Responder Experience, and exhibit the requisite physiological and psychological aptitude necessary to preform Armed Security Officer duties at an exceptional level in accordance to Hexxagonn Armed Security Social Infrastructure Services protocols, policies, rules, regulations, standards, and expectations.

Hexxagonn Armed Security Officers are provided with all Specialized and Standardized equipment ensuring continuity and uniformed professionalism. Hexxagonn Armed Security Officers are conditioned to endure the physiological and psychological challenges created by the daily strenuous activities of a Armed Security Officer through classroom and field training exercises administered by Hexxagonn expert instructors and Independent Third-Party Professionals. This deliberate diverse training curriculum creates challenging, stimulating, and progressive educational/training conditions that enable complete physiological and psychological comprehension resulting in increased physiological compacity and psychological capability. Furthermore, the physiological and psychological training curriculum provided to Hexxagonn Armed Security Officers is proprietary to Hexxagonn Armed Security Social Infrastructure Services such extensive physiological and psychological training/oversight is not prevalent within the Armed Security Industry, and with the exception of Hexxagonn Armed Security Social Infrastructure Services is, by all respective measures, non-existent. It should also be recognized that Hexxagonn Armed Security Social Infrastructure Services proprietary physical training vastly exceeds industry standards requiring that all Hexxagonn Armed Security Officers demonstrate their ability to effectively deploy their equipment as would be needed in an emergency situation once a month, or upon a ranking officers request, which includes a requirement that Armed Security Officers participate in a monthly firearm accuracy assessment exercise; such an exercise is required of all industry armed security officers, however, legal requirements and industry standards only regulate for firearm accuracy assessments twice a year. Hexxagonn Armed Security Social Infrastructure Services raises the bar and the level of accountability requiring all of its Armed Security Officers to drug-test quarterly. Hexxagonn Armed Security Officers are also required to undergo semi-annual stress evaluations and background checks which is not present within the Armed Security Industry with the exception of Hexxagonn Armed Security Social Infrastructure Services.
